SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on our website or in your order confirmation email.

U.S SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS Priority Mail. We also offer expedited shipping options via UPS.

Once your order is with the mail carrier, Zack and Lucy is not responsible for shipping delays; missing packages; packages marked as “delivered” or packages delivered to the incorrect address. However, we are willing to work with you if any issues arise. Please email us at info@zackandlucy.com.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International shipping is currently unavailable, but we are working to expand our distribution to more countries. Please stay tuned!

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

However, at Zack and Lucy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an order arrives damaged or defective, then please reach out to us at info@zackandlucy.com, within 7 days of your purchase and we will gladly do our best to make things right.
