Zack & Lucy Mobile Terms of Service

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any Zack & Lucy text message.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive recurring marketing text messages from the Program unless you separately opt in again.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside Zack & Lucy’s control.

9. Changes to Your Mobile Number

If you change, deactivate, or transfer the mobile telephone number associated with your participation in the Program, you should opt out before transferring or discontinuing the number.

You agree not to enroll a mobile telephone number that belongs to another person without that person's authorization.

10. Privacy

Your participation in the Zack & Lucy mobile messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

We may use information associated with your participation in the Program, including your mobile telephone number and messaging preferences, to administer the Program and provide the communications you have requested.

11. Program Changes or Termination
